We want you to love your skin and your KraveBeauty products, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on items that didn't quite work for your routine. Please note that we are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time, but we are happy to assist with the return process.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date and that the product is at least 50% full.
Submit a Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select your reason for return.
Print and Ship
Once approved, download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
